  • Prenatal Consultation

    This is a great opportunity for expectant parents to learn the basics of breastfeeding. Topics include getting breastfeeding off to a good start, feeding cues, responsive feeding, the basics of a proper latch, necessary supplies, physiologic infant sleep, and a question and answer session.

    1 hour | $75

  • Full Lactation Assessment

    Includes an in-home observation of a feeding, thorough health history of mother and baby, infant oral exam, and pre- and post-feed weight checks if appropriate. Together we will come up with a plan that works best for your family.

    1.5-2 hours | $150

  • Follow-up Visit

    Offered on an as needed basis. We will review progress, make changes to care plans as needed, and/or discuss new concerns.

    1-1.5 hours | $100

  • Virtual Consultation

    A virtual consultation that can be done from anywhere using a HIPAA compliant video platform. This can be used for any visit type. Cost is dependent upon service type.

    1-2 hours | $75-$150

  • Bottle Feeding Consultation

    Includes a full feeding history, infant oral exam to rule out potential causes of bottle feeding difficulty, review of all bottles and pacifiers previously attempted, bottle feeding practice, and a personalized care plan including oral function exercises. Together we will figure out what is causing bottle refusal for YOUR baby so you can work as a family to fix it.

    1.5-2 hours | $150

  • Text, Email, & Phone Support

    Unlimited text, email, and phone support for 2 weeks following an in-person consultation is included at no cost. Additional weeks are available for purchase as an add-on if desired.

    You are also always welcome to call or text me to discuss a concern and determine whether an in-person or virtual consultation is needed.

Pumping 101

$250 | Includes:

  • 1 extended in-person visit to discuss your current feeding schedule and upcoming work/school schedule, measure for correct flange size, determine optimal pump settings, and discuss strategies for optimal pump output, proper milk storage, and necessary supplies, cleaning and upkeep.

  • 4 weeks of unlimited text, email, and phone support.

**A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement if desired. There is no guarantee that your insurance company will provide reimbursement.

***Please note: in home assessment and follow-up visit rates apply to residents of Grand Traverse, Leelanau, and Benzie counties. Additional cost applies for home visits that are more than 35 miles from Traverse City.
